Hello! Here are some tips if you need to make an exchange/return for one of our products.

Return Policy
If you received a product and were not satisfied, it didn't fit, or you regretted the purchase, you can request a return for a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days. To do this, the order must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use and with all items and accessories received. To request an exchange, simply send an email to [email protected], stating your order number and attaching images of the product demonstrating no use.
Exchange Policy
If you received a product different from what you purchased on our website or missing an accessory, please contact us via email: [email protected]. This request must be made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
To prove the error, we request that you send photos of the product received, as well as the order number. We will analyze the photographs and, if the error is confirmed, we will initiate the exchange process at no additional cost to the customer. In case of a size error, it is also important to photograph the label.
Defect in received product
If you identify any manufacturing defect, you will have 90 (ninety) calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or return.
To prove the defect, we request that photos of the product be sent, as well as the order number. We will analyze the photographs and, once the error is confirmed, we will initiate the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer.
Attention: If the defect was caused by usage problems or misuse, the buyer is fully responsible for the repair.
Exchange and Return Policy
For the exchange or return to be made, the product must comply with the following requirements:
- not show signs of use, stains, dirt, sweat, or deterioration of the garment;
- preserve the original inner packaging and labels applied to the item;
- respect the following deadlines: 90 (ninety) calendar days in case of defects or 7 (seven) calendar days in case of order errors or purchase withdrawal, counted from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

Discount coupon
You opt for the discount coupon in any situation regarding exchanges due to dissatisfaction.
The coupon is valid for 90 (ninety) days and can only be used by the account holder in the online store, by using their login and password. It is not permitted to sell it to third parties or convert it into cash. To use the coupon, simply make a new purchase and enter it at the time of checkout.
Partial or full refund – credit card payment
Upon receipt of the product at our Distribution Center and approval of the return following item inspection, the For a Smile Send the chargeback request to the credit card administrator within 7 (seven) business days; the administrator, in turn, has a timeframe to process the request according to the policy of each credit card issuer.
Exclusive to credit card payments, the procedure for a partial or full refund of the amount paid on your order will follow the rules of the card administrator, and it may take one to two months for the amount to be returned, depending on your statement's due date.
Partial or full refund – payment via Pix and transfer
Upon receipt of the product at our Distribution Center and approval of the return following item inspection, the For a Smile will issue the refund within 30 (thirty) days to the payment intermediary's account, and you may request a withdrawal of the funds.
