In a remarkable demonstration of solidarity and care for the community's oral health, the city of Ibiti\u00fara de Minas received a volunteer action of free dentistry, a result of a collaboration between the municipality and the NGO \u201cPor 1 Sorriso.\u201d.<\/p>\n
For four days, dedicated professionals assembled a mega-structure at the city's Poliesportivo, offering a full range of dental services. From simple check-ups to more complex procedures like root canals and extractions, everything was carried out with care and free of charge. Furthermore, the NGO also provided free dental prosthetics, offering not only immediate care but also significant improvements in patients' quality of life.<\/p>\n
A total of 30 professionals, including dentists, assistants, technicians, prosthetists, and even a lawyer, dedicated their time and skills to make this initiative a reality. With over 40 hours of volunteer work dedicated, the team spared no effort in meeting the needs of the local population.<\/p>\n
Health Secretary Ana Claudia highlighted the care process, emphasizing that 150 patients were initially attended to, receiving complete and personalized treatment.<\/p>\n
