ONG já ofereceu tratamento odontológico gratuito a mais de 15 mil pessoas
The NGO Por1Sorriso offers free dental treatment for people living in vulnerable situations in Brazil, such as riverside and indigenous populations, quilombolas, and those living in the Northeast hinterland.
The institution also offers support to villages in African countries, such as Kenya and Mozambique. To this end, the organization has a network of over 4,000 registered volunteers.
Founded in 2015 by Brazilian dentist Felipe Rossi, the NGO has already benefited more than 15,000 people with humanized dentistry and medicine.
In addition to taking care of patients' oral health, the initiative restores the self-esteem of those treated through procedures such as root canals, restorations, and dentures.
